The pool and patio area, located at the back of the house, is fully screened and the pool can be heated if required. This area gets sun for most of the day but there is a lanai providing shade for those who wish it. The lanai has lights and a fan and, with the patio table and chairs, makes an ideal area for alfresco dining at any time of the day. There are plenty of chairs on the patio as well as a couple of loungers for relaxing on. All doors from the house to the pool area are alarmed for children's safety.

Behind the pool area is a secondary patio. This is an ideal place for sunbathing or barbequing.

Past the secondary patio there is grass backed by mature trees in a conservation area and a small lake. There is usually plenty of wildlife to be seen, most of the year you will see egrets and herons, osprey are a seasonal visitor and, if you are lucky, you may see deer, hawks and owls. Occasionally you will come across a group of cranes wandering down the middle of the road! The lake contains plenty of fish and is an ideal spot to introduce children to fishing as the fish seem to "jump" onto any hooks cast. At the far end of this lake is the tennis court, which is operated on a "first come first serve" basis. Racquets can be hired through the resort club house.
